About GlitchSector

We're a team of passionate Australian gamers dedicated to honest reviews, deep esports coverage, and celebrating gaming culture across the ANZ region.

The GlitchSector editorial team at their gaming studio in Sydney

Born in Sydney, Built for Gamers

GlitchSector was founded in 2018 by a group of Sydney-based gamers who were frustrated by the lack of genuine, Australia-focused gaming coverage. Too many reviews were written by overseas outlets with no understanding of local context — server latency, regional pricing, or the unique culture of the ANZ gaming community.

We started as a small blog operating out of a shared office in Surry Hills, Sydney. Within two years, we had grown into one of Australia's most-read independent gaming publications, with a dedicated team of reviewers, esports analysts, and community managers spread across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Today, GlitchSector covers everything from AAA blockbusters to hidden indie gems, and from local LAN tournaments to the biggest international esports events. Our commitment has never changed: honest, thorough, and genuinely Australian gaming coverage.
